The one disappointing aspect of Google Calendar Sync is that it only syncs your PRIMARY Outlook calendar. I finally broke down and purchased SyncMyCal for $25 which works really well for me (http://www.syncmycal.com/). I sync both my personal calendar and my business calendar with Google.

note: I have no affiliation whatsoever with SyncMyCal.
