Thanks, your advice worked on everything but Word closing. I can now open a Word document from My Documents and use the mouse which was the most frustrating. Would never have put the Snag-It complication together.

Hey, your instructions worked.

I had to set the “LoadBehavior” key for both SnagIt and Adobe Contribute to zero.

Now in Word, my mouse works and the software closes properly. Thanks!
